1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of industrial machines and equipment, returns are accepted only under specific conditions. A product may be eligible for return if it meets all of the following:

• The product is unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition.
• The request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.
• The product is returned in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and invoices.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Machines that have been installed, used, or tested.
• Products damaged due to mishandling, improper usage, or electrical issues.
• Customized, special-order, or made-to-order machines.
• Consumables, spare parts, or accessories once opened.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must inform us within 24 hours of delivery along with clear photos or videos as proof. After verification, we may offer a replacement, repair, or refund based on the issue.

4. Refund Process

Once a return is approved and the product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a verified manufacturing defect or damage during transit.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

7. Warranty Claims

Warranty-related issues are handled as per the manufacturer’s warranty terms. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, voltage fluctuations, or unauthorized repairs.

8. Right to Refuse Returns

Aditya International reserves the right to refuse any return or refund request that does not meet the above conditions.
